All apartments have access to free WiFi throughout your stay.

What is a serviced apartment?
Serviced apartments are the new way forward for short to long term stays. The apartments provide hotel facility benefits in the comfort of your own apartment.

How do I get the keys to the apartment?
Key collection guides will be provided once the booking has been processed.

How much is the security deposit?
A security deposit is required and the rate is dependent on the apartment.

What is the policy on pets?
We run a no pet policy in our apartments.
Do you provide towels and linen?
Yes, towels and linen are provided during your stay.

Can I check in earlier?
If there is another guest leaving the apartment on the day of check-in, then the apartment will need to be cleaned for you after the guest's latest check-out of 11am. This is why we need the time between 11am-3pm to get the apartment prepared for you.

Can I check in later?
You can leave your luggage at the Stasher locations provided in the guide. As the cleaners work to set schedules, it is not always possible to accommodate late check-outs.
How can I get a refund?

If you wish to cancel the whole or any part of your booking and you notify us in writing (see our contact details below) 7 days in advance of your date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged and your deposit will be refunded.

What is Stasher?
You can use Stasher to drop your bags before the check-in time or after the check-out time. They charge £6 per bag. They are a walking distance to the apartments and near underground stations.

Do you provide a baby cot?
You will find a travel cot in the apartment. Please let us know if it is not available and we will provide one for you. However, please bring your own bedding for the cot as this is not provided.
